This is my first time having a doorbell camera and I find this app for the camera amazing and very easy to use. I haven't had any problems with it, so it definitely deserves 5 stars. People complain about the subscription, that's too funny because it's literally a dollar and some change for a whole year. They must be broke they cant afford it, what a shame.

Camera is okay for what you need, however, I was shown a free 30 day trial and got charged $32 for the $29.99 annual subscription, 2 days later. And the subscription banner inside the app doesn't go away, although they've gotten paid.

i really don't understand the point of this. here's a scenario: you're at work somewhere away and a courier trying to deliver your parcel rings this doorbell. you get a notification as you do, you open it and all of a sudden you have to watch 2 unskippable ads in order to respond to the call you just got. meantime your courier is gone, your parcel didn't get delivered and the smart doorbell you spent money for to solve the problem of deliveries when you're not home is completely useless.
