This is the way! proper planning and calculation, selection of preferred charging operators (with some kind of priority selection). And at a very reasonable price! This is exactly what my car navigation should provide out-of-the-box. It appears rather embarrassing for VW-group they can't provide any match for this after selling navigation software for thousands of euros.
the app has no sound, app now working
Review edit: I initially had problems starting the app, but those disappeared after switching phones. Overall, the app works well. However, the price for the premium version (required for Android Auto) feels too high, especially considering it relies on OpenStreetMap.
needs a lot of work. for example, you cannot select routes without tolls, and charging times are calculated on best case scenario, not averages or more realistic numbers. they should collect that information to make it more accurate. if we didnt add extra 40+ mile buffers, we would've been left stranded.....
great app that I was happy to pay for and contribute to in the form of pictures and charger info BUT 1) loading a plan always gives an error that one or more addresses could not be found 2) I have blocked nearly 100 tracking attempts in only a few hours. this is unacceptable and a reason to uninstall and cancel my subscription now, despite pausing the subscription, suddenly a monthly payment was withdrawn. I did not trigger this.
