IONNA chargers no longer show NACS dispensers so cannot activate them in app. Bring back charge percentage when DCFC. Miles added is useless. Let us manually sort favorite stations and automatic sorting by name or distance

I've had my review responded to twice. the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid has still not been listed despite the comments saying something along the lines of them passing the information on or whatever. But as of late, charger is now off by an hour as if it never did the time change. we've never had this happen before and I can't find any setting in there to do it.

more than half of my charging experiences with new ChargePoint charging stations are bad. 😳 At a gas pump, we just swipe a card & pump. at ChargePoint, too many times something doesn't work. just this time, there is a small 'Accept' word that you have to see in the bottom corner of the big screen that warns you that they put a $50 hold on your card. wait.. a $50 insane hold on my card to charge?! why?! this is outrageous! gas pumps don't do that. but welcome to ChargePoint! 😡

Chargepoint has a bad habit of making changes without readily informing their customers about them. A while ago, they changed things so that it automatically opted customers into averaging out their last month's worth of charges and then adding that as a balance on the account. Seems convenient, but not when you suddenly have a large charge you didn't expect. Now they have implemented a $50-75 hold per charging session. Every session. This was the last straw, no longer using these stations.
