I have to resign in every two days. if I change the climate temperature, the next day it's changes back to itself. once turned on and I use the ignition button to leave, the app shows its in for another hour...it does not reset.

Actually, the app works quite well and has significantly improved in the few months I've owned the car. But I'm giving it a low rating because it's pushing advertisements / special offer notifications at me which I can't disable without also disabling important charging-related notifications. Stop pinging me with special offers and I'll consider a better rating. UPDATE: increased rating since it hasn't pushed any special offer notifications in several months.

the most recent update seems broke the status update for the charging, no matter how many times I click the refresh... not able to update the latest battery/charging status. please help to resolve.

Very buggy app, like an early beta and GM can't decide if they're going to keep supporting it. Constantly logs me out. The app does almost nothing, I thought my 4-year old Ford app didn't do much but this is a new low. You can turn on the heat and see where it's parked, that's it. It does try to sell you stuff, so there's that...

Lots of bugs. Profile unlock feature almost never works. Remote actions fail more than succeed. Random freezing in the route planning. Submit feedback from within the app won't submit. Dealer can't fix GM's poor software so they reset some things and give me the car back, unfixed. Car has been out for almost four years and remote actions are still not reliable. Total amateur hour...
