I have to resign in every two days. if I change the climate temperature, the next day it's changes back to itself. once turned on and I use the ignition button to leave, the app shows its in for another hour...it does not reset.

Update: Over the past year the app has improved. Still has a ways to go but the communication between my car and the app works about 95% of the time. The other 5% of issues tend to be caused by the cell connection from my car.

Keep getting banner across top of the app when first opening that says Payment not processed please update Payment method. When checked all payments have and continue to be processed from my credit card and never late because it is automatic. Fix this bug!

Very buggy app, like an early beta and GM can't decide if they're going to keep supporting it. Constantly logs me out. The app does almost nothing, I thought my 4-year old Ford app didn't do much but this is a new low. You can turn on the heat and see where it's parked, that's it. It does try to sell you stuff, so there's that...

Lots of bugs. Profile unlock feature almost never works. Remote actions fail more than succeed. Random freezing in the route planning. Submit feedback from within the app won't submit. Dealer can't fix GM's poor software so they reset some things and give me the car back, unfixed. Car has been out for almost four years and remote actions are still not reliable. Total amateur hour...
