I've dropped the score from 4 to 3 stars. After a year of using it, the issue of your bike pics just randomly disappearing is still an issue. Other times, it just doesn't record your miles at all. But the really annoying issue is the fact that there is no real way to communicate with others in the app. There is no notification whatsoever when someone responds to your comments within the app, and they just get buried over time. The only notifications are for harley adds and promotions.

I liked the app till it took away turn by turn direction. I don't have a map or screen on my bike . non of the apps I've used offer as nice of a selection of routs but without turn by turn I'm back to Google to tell me how to get there. it is cool that I could track and save my trip. but I'll likely next get to repeat it through the app.

Worst. app. ever. I have a 23 Pan Am and the app inevitably and often drops connection. Ride directions? Gone. Want to listen to music while you're connected to your bike with this horrible app? Nope, sorry. All the bloatware with suggested rides or garbage social media machinations are awful. They even block the screen with ads to upgrade your HOG membership! Shameless. Enable Andriod or Apple Play on your bikes and throw this app in the trash where it belongs. 100% disappointed.
