like the app but there is some major things it needs work on. when i see gas range i want to see the battery as well. gas battery and oil. also i dont like that they removed the ability to use alexa feom the app. being able to set up routines and have my car started and warmed up was really nice and GMC / Chevy took it away. that said i realy love the app. just wish information was more readily available.

Issues with this app. takes forever to start my vehicle and lately is won't read fuel levels accurately. I can fill the tank and it will show the gas level at 5% and 57 miles left. Refreshing or reinstalling the app does not fix the problem. only thing I like is that if I use the app to start the car it turn on the heated seats, which is really nice during the winter.

12/24/25. Just so everyone is aware they are now FORCING you to pay for a service which was offered at time of vehicle purchase as FREE. they've taken away ALL controls unless you pay for a severely outdated system as Onstar. like we dont have phones and GPS tracking on them. its all just a money grab anymore. delete the app and dont pay for anything that was and should already be included in an expensive purchase such as a vehicle.
