I have several plugs indoor and one outdoor, several colour bulbs and a camera. I've been using most of these for well over a year and am very happy and continue to purchase more Globe products. Haven't experienced many issues using this app or it's products. Easy to set up and maintain. I don't know why so many bad reviews??? Perhaps it is bad WiFi and not the products. The only time I have an issue is if there's a power or Internet outage which is obviously not a product issue.

I've been using a single globesuite light bulb for years and haven't had any glaring issues. but some ease of access is appreciated: i only own one device and I'd like to be able to turn it on/off and change colors from my homescreen. However, the only homescreen widgets available are 4x2, as if to accommodate a wide range of devices. Please make a smaller widget that allows me to access the the on/off and a color wheel. Having to wait for the app to load feels unnecessary when it's a simple fix

Great hardware, appalling software. Globe make it hard to support another Canadian company with otherwise great ideas and products by completely undermining them with terrible software. The setup process is needlessly complicated by locking in your first choices (ex. Bluetooth vs WiFi, or which WiFi network) and not allowing the user to edit the choice if it fails, which it inevitably WILL do. The UX just gets worse from there. Sorry Glles, I tried to love you, and you let me down.
