App constantly runs in background, have to force stop. Even after vehicle starts/locks/unlocks it still shows a notification that the command is trying to send or shows that it failed even though the command worked successfully. Lots of issues the last few months.

I don't like that the app won't show you if the vehicle is locked or unlocked. I can lock it through the app, and it will respond with "Locked", but then that status goes away again.

12/31: Another update that says I can't use the app unless I update to an only 3 weeks old update! I can't find a setting that can allow it to work without the absolute newest update (as the admin suggested). 10/19: The app says I must update (again) before it will even open. I dislike apps that do that, reading the reviews, makes it more concerning. It should be up to me when I want to update even if some new feature doesn't work. Maybe I'm not on wifi or don't have unlimited data.

Half the time sending a start command doesn't work when the vehicle is only 25 feet away. Not worth paying additional fees for access to features that don't work most of the time. to GMC. I'm not going to take my time to help you troubleshoot an app when multiple people report this problem. Maybe expand your QA test cases or do more quality assurance across your supported vehicles. before releasing.
