This used to be the best parking app. however it recently introduced a multi tier user experience in which the previous cheaper parking rates become available ONLY for those customers who are paid subscribers. For this. it also interrupts the payment process with ambiguous questions like: continue parking without features etc., giving the sense of the risk of facing a ticket if not subscribe. Also the app sometimes warns that no parking session is running DESPITE the ongoing parking session.

I paid for 2 hours (min) on the application but I had a free period of 1 hour if I "paid" directly in the car park. And refund is not included. Next time I'll not use the app.

Update: still happens. Don't use this app. You'll get charged for someone else's parking. A few months ago this app started logging "my" car with CameraPark, in some Parkhaus hundreds of kms away. The first few were 0 charges. The last one was not. But there is NO REDRESS. It shows up in your ongoing parks, you can't contest, you can't cancel, you can't say HEY THATS NOT ME. So I emailed. No answer. I would avoid this company Their tech is bad and they don't care as long as they get your money.
