Make parking smoother with Parkster. Start, stop or extend your parking ticket directly in the parking App with your smartphone. So you have full control over your parking situation. Long and expensive parking tickets are old school - With our parking App, you save time and optimize your cost!

How it works:

- Install the parking App and register or choose express parking
- Find your parking spot on the map, or search to find parking spaces in a particular parking zone with the zone code
- Start, stop or extend your parking ticket whenever you want
- The parking attendant sees your digital parking ticket through his control device
- You get a notification by the Parking App 15 minutes before your parking time ends

Payment options

- Bill per E-mail (no additional charge)
- VISA / MasterCard (no additional charge)
- Bill on paper (29 SEK/2,99€)

With express parking payment is made directly via Swish (Sweden) or Apple Pay, Paypal, debit/ credit card. An administration fee of 5 SEK / 0,50€ is charged for each parking process.

I don't like to open this app all the time to see how much time remaining when it has a fixed notification showing. Why not update this notification pane with the current remaining time. This is easy to implement. On Android 16, use Notification.ProgressStyle for detailed progress tracking (e.g., delivery, navigation) and Live Update Notifications for prominent, high-visibility updates.

Parking works great. I would like an option to set the stop time with a bit coarser granularity. say 5 minutes. Rarely do I want to set the time for, say, 10:47. It would rather be something like 10:45 or 10:50. It would also be cool if you could skip the step of choosing a car if you have just one car registered into the app. Also the app icon would look better on my home screen if it supported the dynamic icon colors. Otherwise a solid app. 👍

When I was in Germany it worked fine. But now I am in Sweden and the app cannot intuitively handle this. I have to log out, cannot use my existing payment method or car registration. It is quite cumbersome for a simple parking action, which is their core business. Can use improvement. Other apps like easypark do this just fine.

The app works good the bad thing is that you cannot pay from the app and there is no reminders of payments or invoices. So you can always get a debt collectors request and you will end up paying a lot! more for a small amount. This is why I put 2 stars. The app works perfect and it's pretty smooth and clear except for payment and this is very important for us users to have an easy access to payments and invoices.

Payment directly via the App with e.g. PayPal doesn't work for me because the app is crashing when trying to set it up and now I can only use the billing method. On top of that my bank sends me back the money I transfer to their account for unknown reasons, even though it worked a couple of times and I have saved the recipient in my app. Now I get bothered of "not paying".
