Developer Description

Companion app for BlackVue dashcams, featuring BlackVue Over the Cloud.

The Official BlackVue Dash Cameras app.

Taking advantage of a mobile or car-embedded Internet connection and a BlackVue dashcam, BlackVue Cloud connects you to your car through the Cloud. Using the BlackVue App on your smartphone or tablet, you see in real time where your car is located and what is happening around it.

You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).

BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

This was never a great app, but how in the heck were you able to make it worse!? Wow! Great camera, but horrible app. Always disconnects and must be restated. Defeats the purpose! Update 12-20-25 It's getting better. From 1 start to 3 now. Wish it would auto reconnect after disconnection from wifi though.

app doesn't connect since updating from the Play store. when you try to connect to the camera it just spins. Prior to the update I had no issues.

Why does the app just gradually keeps getting worst. if you connect local via direct wifi, and download just a couple videos, it would LOG YOU OUT of the app and you have to SIGN IN AGAIN to use the app. Why does every update make something that is SUPPOSE TO BE SIMPLE so FRUSTRATING to use...
