fantastic but still needs improvements a lot on Robin's ability to assist to all matters arising .Also that option for TM request needs to be changed from 12 months to at least 3 -5 months allowing crew members to regularly make requests

The bug when using ASK ROBIN still there, when trying to type anything, suddenly the app becomes laggy and becomes unusable until closed and opened again.

Connecting the calls to live agents, it takes forever and is really frustrating.Whenever i tried calling, it says enter TM ID followed by pound sign,and it's not there in my samsung dial keypad.For emergency it's really risky for my upcoming contract.
