This app worked great until the most recent update and now it keeps crashing, and I'm not sure how much the app interferes with the buds, but I'm noticing issues connecting and staying connected. Changing from one sounds setting to another is useless since the app crashes when the selection is chosen. Hope the next update fixes this issue.

Make Jaybird great again! These are the best sounding earbuds out there. They sound better than any $200+ buds hands down, but... you can't talk on the phone because people can't hear you, and the connection is really bad. I heard they closed the company, and they don't care about updates and making a new product. Shame

I have not been able to use the app at all. After trying two different "solutions" from the support team, I can actually get the app to open (I initially couldn't), but only if the earbuds are not connected. I can't play with the equalizer settings or button assignments unless the buds are connected though. It's been a very frustrating experience. I'm using a Pixel 6a running Android 14. The buds themselves work great, it's just the app that is terrible.
