The UE DROPS app has everything you need to get the most out of your UE DROPS earbuds. From noise cancellation to customizable earbuds controls, unlock the UE DROPS experience unique to you.

The UE DROPS app offers a variety of features for you:

- Monitor battery life for case and earbuds (Up to 15 hours of total listening time).
- Switch between noise cancellation and surround sound to tailor your listening experience.
- Customize tap controls to your liking independently on each earbud. Play/pause, skip tracks, adjust volume, and more.
- Adjust EQ. Select from a range of carefully curated EQ presets. Customize your UE Drops product name
- Access additional product usage information within the global menu.

Lovely company. Admittedly, I much prefer the UE Fits to the UE Drops. I'm sure that the UE IEMs are much better not only at sound reproduction but also at noise isolation. Priced beyond my means currently.

1 star for the app. No option for tap to answer/hang up. If you only use your earbuds for music the app is ok. The drops hardware 4.5 stars. Sometimes there is a high pitched beep in the right ear buds for 1 second. Make the buttons fully customizeable and add answer, hang up, assistant to the tap menu for 5 stars.
