EDIT: Thanks for your quick response. Everything is working fine now. Thanks! It has been a useful app off and on for 2 years. I bought a new Samsung phone and downloaded the app. Unfortunately, it won't connect to my Como 3.0 IGH via Bluetooth. It tries to pair but eventually says that the PIN is incorrect (although it matches the pin on the display panel). Otherwise, a decent app to track your bike.

The app lacks the ability to change rear wheel circumference for when the 27.5" rear wheel is swapped to a 29" wheel. The larger diameter causes the distance and speed readings to become inaccurate. This change currently requires you to visit a Specialised bike workshop and if you swap back you need another visit to reset it. Depending on how busy they are at the time you may need to wait plus they could also charge you for this. It seems more logical to make this available in the app itself.

Love it but why does it only work with the Apple Find network and not the Google or Android? I would like the peace of mind for my Specialized ebike but because I have an Android, I can't track it in the case of it being stolen.

Ruins the pleasure of having the bike. You are held hostage by the bad software management. No more app support on older bikes (2018). No choice to keep older versions of the app. Never mind if you spent a fortune on the bike, if they decide to stop the support your bike is worth nothing and your a stuck with an app that no longer works and your bike is stuck in whatever power mode you left it. Very bad customer management and support and impossible to respond directly to developer comments.
