I'm very generous with my 3 star rating. Please fix the age options. Like how on earth is adult 12+ for you? All train options (in France particularly) on this app are more expensive than on any other reserve app like SNCF Connect and Trainline because of that, which forces me to book for trains on these other apps. It's 3 stars because reserving here is no issue. But just that the age and the higher prices need to be fixed. (Not a really good path if you're competing with other reserve apps)

NEGATIVE REVIEW DELETED. Encore une fois: 1/ l'application ne permet pas de protéger son compte avec un mot de passe. 2/ si vous entrez une carte SNCF sur l'appli Web, il faudra le refaire sur l'App téléphone. 3/ si vous entrez vos coordonnées bancaires, elles ne sont pas protégées à cause de 1/ pas de mot passe. Conclusion: à utiliser à vos risques et périls. Positif : sur le reste (réservation de trajets), l'appli fait ce qu'elle doit faire.

I advise everybody to uninstall these scammers. I purchased a ticket (easyJet) via this app in mid March 2023. My flight got cancelled, I did not receive an email or a notification. I asked for a refund from easyJet and kombo. easyJet told me that Kombo received the money back. I sent several emails to kombo. The only response I get everytime "As soon as we hear back from the airline, we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible." What a shame. 0 efforts for the sake of this scammers.
