always logging me out and then never accepting the passwords. all m&b passwords are linked so I have to reset all of them and then It still doesn't let me login. it is a pain and a hassle to keep contacting support so I don't bother to much with taking friends and family to M&B sites.

cannot reset my password and therefore cannot use the app. have followed the instructions to click the link to get an email sent to my work email address but it's been multiple attempts over the day and nothing has come through. I had this problem last time and it was never resolved. there is no additional help in the app either.
