For anyone having problems logging into the app, please follow the instructions below which I received from a miller & carter representative. Go to your phone settings, apps, Miller and carter, clear data/cache. Restart phone. Then launch the app. Then select 'log in'. Then relog in, if you do not remember password 'reset/forgotten password' and put in the verification code. Enter email address and you will be logged in. This then should fix the issues you have having been having.

I don't have the login problems that others have. However I can't manage my booking in the app. This seems like a massive oversight. Just got to get on to them using a thing called a telephone. So 1990s!

I cannot get into my app, it is so annoying. Why is it freezing everything i try and open it?

Totally unusable app, it worked fine for years however since the update it's no longer usable. Does not let you login. I have contacted Miller and Carter but their advice didn't work, still can't login. Looking at the reviews it seems everyone else is having the same issue. I have now given up and with so many other steakhouses available I will go elsewhere.
