I have used and enjoyed this app in conjunction with the restaurants. The app recently froze and despite trying numerous things, I had to reinstall. Easy enough to do but disappointing as I lost some offers I had accrued.

called in for breakfast,sadly standards have dropped,bacon resembles boot leather and sausage was curling up, mushrooms were black as ace of spades,on the plus side the toast was excellent........I love eating here so plz buck up...... Robert

Discounts/offers don't show on the app. I got enough stamps for free carvery but didn't show up on offers for staff to scan. They still accepted it as a one off but then I filled the stamps up so I am now due a discount and nothing has appeared once again and it has reset back to 0. There doesn't seem to be a way to report issue on the app as even clicking on setting gives me a blank screen.

Extremely poorly executed App, fails to log in and asks you to try later even after updating the app. Employ a decent company to handle all your app requirements. And still 6weeks later the same error continues!!!
