It was a great app until last week. Account services are currently unavailable from last Saturday. I couldn't use my rewards, can't login at all. Contacted app support no reply. Disappointed.

The concept of the app is fantastic, and the loyalty scheme is also brilliant, you can order easily to your table with no issues HOWEVER I have lost out on about 10 rewards since I first started using it. The loyalty rewards don't work on the actual app at all when added to the basket, tried using the newest ones after the app update yesterday and NOTHING worked. Every time I've tried to order the loyalty drink on the app it doesn't work and I've ended up having to go to the bar anyway.

Unable to make payments via the app once I choose what I'd like to order and add the table no. I click on 'checkout' and when it asks 'how would you like to pay' it won't give you any options and you cannot place the order. What's the point of this app?
