Developer Description
Interval timers and activity tracker for workouts at home or in the gym
Use different timers for your workouts or create new custom timers for your specific workout.
The activity tracker will help you to keep your routine and keep you working out.
HIIT workouts are a high intensity interval training method which will leave you exhausted after only 4 minutes.
Try it with a variety of different exercises: boxing, Tabata, sprints, kettlebells, push-ups, sit-ups, skipping, etc.
Now we also have breathing exercises like 4-7-8 technique.

when i pause the ready timer at 0 and then continue it, it does not countdown anymore
i think its a timer
setting up you're own timer frustrating beyond belief. don't seem to be able to adjust number of sets. too bad almost exactly what I need.
