I absolutely enjoy the app , it is simple and smooth , it works great with just one button you can order from a great selection and not to mention the delivery is free ! The only thing I wish they could add is choosing capsules individually like in europe ( ex: you can buy one capsule from each coffee flavour or intensity without having to buy the whole package that contains 10 capsules of only one type ) .

This app is very useful, but it still needs a lot of development. It's great for ordering coffee. Areas for improvement: A search function, more detailed info on what sizes and recipes various capsules are best suited for, as they appear on the sleeves (originals in my case), ability to retry a payment when an order goes into "pending payment" (as opposed to reordering).

This app does not show my coffee machine & I cannot pair it with my device. I also battled to order pods on the app, which is very frustrating. It also still shows orders that were incomplete due to app issues & cannot be removed.

The Nespresso app is completely useless. It doesn't even open, making it impossible to place orders or manage your account. I've tried reinstalling and updating, but nothing works. This is extremely frustrating for a brand like Nespresso.
