It has a rest time when finished one exercise and you can control how many times you can do the exercises
I would have rated this app more but except for one who knows how to do these exercises. The rest of us have to look at the picture to learn. Improve the app by describing the exercise and how to get the poses correctly
very nice exercise to loss weight
Definitely not for beginners. From all exercises, I could do barely one, and probably that one was wrong. To many adds if you want to watch tutorial (I think one at the beginning, and one at the end are quite enough).
