This app is really easy to use and it reminds me to do the exercises each day. I work from home and sometimes don't think about getting up and moving through the day. These exercises are ready to do at your desk and help to loosen tight muscles. I would recommend this app to those who what to keep your flexibility.
I have lumbar stenosis and sciatica since Covid. These exercises help loosen the tension in my neck and shoulder muscles which also stretches/strengthens them and lessens the pain. Relief!
It did not explain the movements for each movement was too much. I suggest to try fitness for women app it is perfect
The stretches are good but the count down is terrible. Sometimes it's too fast or too too slow. It needs to have options to adjust time. Also would suggest it to have an option to link to Google fitness so that I don't lose my track in the event I change phones or something.
Some many ADS the App never opened, I had to Uninstall it, there was never an option for a premium membership or nothing.
