Firstly, I want to say whoever added those Spiderman push ups, I hate you, you already know if you see 40 of those it gon be a long workout. Secondly, if you want to get a better chest and muscles without going to the gym, just do this, you'll see results in at least 2 weeks, but only if you stay consistent and disciplined. So yeah, I recommend this app alot. Just know there gon be days where you want to press the skip button, if you do, you won't see any results.
make it more harder the exercise are to easy and short
it's kinda hard for beginners
there's no any warm up exercises or to cool down. and the exercise is not for beginners. how do you expect a beginner to do up to 40 or more push up on his first day
not good for beginners exercises are really hard
