When adding labor, it would be nice if it remembered your labor rate. when adding description for labor and what repair was performed, you cant just have a basic explanation that's the same for every single vehicle. when you were trying to add labor time and obviously trying to be fair to yourself and the customer on what to charge. when you are finished with your quote and you put it on a PDF file it should allow you to add your personal written description at the bottom of your quote.

What's the point of having an app? If the everyday consumer can't use it I don't think I'd want to shop at O'reilly's after this experience. I've never heard of an auto parts store app. Just for business, but you can walk in as an everyday customer and make a purchase. I call garbage
