Since 2005, Best Pet Rx has been dedicated to pets and the people who care for them. Our customers love the convenience and speed of ordering refills through our app, introduced in early 2019. This updated version provides access to your pet's prescriptions at both of our pharmacy locations — our flagship pharmacy in New York City, and our new pharmacy in Manassas, VA.

Seems unnecessary: they could just use their website for order refills, esp. since the app doesn't allow users to update credit-card information, which means that, if a card is no longer valid, a phonecall is necessary for the info to be updated.

I have been a customer of the Pharmacy for a while now and love them. I thought using the app to order refills would be easier but I was so wrong. When the app opened I was prompted for a pin and DOB I entered my DOB, figuring I would be asked to enter pets' information later. Nope. As a result, my 3 orders were rejected for "invalid birth date". O figured I could correct the mistake but there is no chance to. it appears that there can only be 1 patient entered into the app which is dumb too.
