Oviva is your real, personal dietitian in your pocket!

This is an app for Oviva patients only, which you can access with your patient credentials once you are referred to Oviva by your physician.

How the Oviva model works:
- Once you are referred by your physician, you will speak to a qualified Oviva dietitian in person or via phone, depending on the type of referral
- Your dietitian will assess your eating habits, your motivation and goals
- Together you will set achievable goals and discuss strategies on how to get there with sustainable long-term behavioural changes
- Via the app, you can interact on a regular base with your dietitian e.g., send photos of your meals and ask questions. Your dietitian provides you with regular feedback and motivation on a 1:1 basis, which is known to significantly increase weight-loss success and improve your health.
- Your dietitian will equip you with evidence-based knowledge and personalized tips to pave your way to a healthier you and help you accomplish your goals in a sustainable way

Our coach will not only help you find the nutrition and lifestyle that is right for you but will be your ally to achieve your goals, every single day.

I absolutely love it! I didn't think I'd like it to be honest and the first couple of days it irritated me to be taking photos of food because I don't really buy into all of the modern day digital obsessions. But I have to say, it makes the commitment to sensible eating really easy. 1 week in and I'm really appreciating all of the calculating it does. The educational side is also very useful too.

I would have given the app 5 stars if it would be able to be personalised more. Currently logging options for things like mood are very limited as well as the activity options. Would be useful at least for me to be able to free write moods, activities as well as from choose from the quick options. So far I have been unable to log anything about my sleep either.

App is good in many ways such as making you accountable for what you are eating. However that being said when taking a photo it often doesnt get the ingredients right and also gives incorrect weighting when showing the gauge on fat, carbs etc. if you have the same meal twice and use the same photo it gives different weighting. One can be low fat the next will say high fat, its very inconsistent.

Countless calls and email sent still not received my email or survey for my repeat prescription.Due medication in five days ridiculous. being left and ignored complaint will be made first thing Monday and call to trading standards made also. 3rd time this has happened I am always chasing it up. absolute atrocity. 😠

i was told i had to down load the app to continue with my treatment but no sooner have you done so than oviva stop communicating with you a very poor service indeed
