The system only starts showing documentation issues on the payment page and gives no prior notification. It accepts only a limited number of EU documents, while non-EU documents are not accepted at all. However, the previous payment experience was good.

I have to provide an id now if I'm gonna be able to continue to use your service because EU says that? what BS! I've used Klarna for years & they've never asked for id. ps. what is it that the other apps can't provide that Scalapay can that requires id? I did contact you AI bot. No options to find any solutions. This information should be advertised BEFORE you invite customers to use your services. In France there are strict laws about providing full info to clients upfront! You didn't! ds
