Itself to a certain extent; sometimes frustrating to use this app when consulting online. Some bugs exist. Audio/video calls don't work on mobile data. If I login on laptop web app, it logs me out of the Mobile app. Above all, when facing these issues, there is no way to send a text message to the doctor to let them know abt these problems, bcoz you first hv to set up connection with them.

These people are not aware of the on ground reality and force users to submit proof of submitted claims instead of actually developing a workable solution for verification on their own end.
