A holistic digital health solution that enables individuals to access primary healthcare services online through efficient virtual consultations and is designed to be very user-friendly for smartphone users.

The main features of the application allows a patient to record their health history, chat, or conduct an audio/video consultation with an available network of qualified online female general physicians & specialists. Patients can also obtain a prescription, and are provided with the facility of an at home pharmacy delivery and lab tests, in limited areas, to increase convenience for people who work hard to make ends meet for their families.

How to use the Sehat Kahani Application?

1. Patient can log in to the application creating a unique login patient ID.
2. Patient can record their health data to have a virtual healthcare database within the application.
3. Patients can access a female doctor (general physician or specialist) according to their health needs.
4. Doctors are available for an “instant consultation” or via “book an appointment option” for the ease of the patient.
5. Patient can opt for audio/video/ chat consultation with the doctor.
6. Consultation history as well as prescriptions can be provided to the patient digitally.
7. Patient can get access to an at home laboratory or at home pharmacy service via the application as well.
8. Patients can post general health queries on the health forum within the application.
9. Patient can use a mobile gateway payment system to make payment for their consultation for smooth access to the online doctor.

I was very happy because I got iPhone 13 in a app and then they told me to download sehat Kahani app to get iphone13 and when I download it doesn't work and I was very 😭 sad

Recent review.. I was such a fan of this app during pandamic, but now they have the worst app. Doesn't work at all.. payment is never through. Not even a single time.. Disappointed and deleting the app now..
