New Update wouldn't let me sign in. as an experiment I registered a new account with my same email and it logged me in and migrated my passes over. Looks like that's the fix.

there are two failures on this app so fat and only been using for 15 minutes. it doesn't pull your tickets into the app using the same login and password as the old app. it does not allow you to put the order of the tickets even if you scan them in the order you want it will rearrange them.

the app has so many bugs. I've spent hours in line for customer service and they can't help. there isn't a contact area for support. My passes show some add-ons with some parks, and not others. have to go to customer service every time I visit and they tell me they can see my passes on their end, but it won't scan correctly. They allow me to enter, but then food and drinks fail to work as they don't see the pass as being used yet. it's a nightmare transition. I'm sure 2026 will fix everything...

You literally can't use the app for anything other than to buy tickets. But wait! There's more! Once you do, you can't even upload them. But wait, if you try to submit feedback, you aren't able to. They haven't paid their bill to Airtable to even use the feedback forms. It's a complete embarrassment. I took screenshot but can't upload in review
