Use the website to book, the app doesn't let you back out to amend things (like time or location), hence the 4 stars not 5. Was initially dubious, but saw a sign outside a hotel whilst out and decided to book for the following day. Easy booking process and reasonable value for not having to lug bags around after checking out of the hotel. Opted for a recognised hotel chain as the location rather than a random souvenir shop, maybe next time. Would definitely use again.

Underhand pricing. Quoted price excludes "service fees, and insurance" which is added at checkout. Build it into the price!!! Having transparency in pricing is simple, say how much it actually is up front, put an advisory note saying that an additional charge of around £5+ will be added, or provide a typical price based on a specific number of bags e.g. one or two

I booked a reservation and immediately tried to cancel it. I tried several times but the “cancel” button on the app was not working. I sent an email to inform Stasher and I was told I could not cancel after my drop-off time period. Which was inaccurate, since I began trying to cancel way before the allotted hour for drop-off expired. Also, the app was not working, so it was hardly my fault. I was told they would refund me within the next 15 days. 30 days later I still have not been refunded.
