Genesis Intelligent Assistant allows you to access features on your Genesis vehicle remotely from anywhere. Start your vehicle, lock or unlock your doors and more.
With the Genesis Intelligent Assistant App you can:
• Remotely start your vehicle
• Search and send Points of Interest to your vehicle
• Remotely unlock or lock the door
• Check if your doors are locked or unlocked
• Remotely activate the horn and lights
• Find your car
• Access your saved POIs
• Make a service appointment
• Access Genesis Connected Services
• Access maintenance information and Monthly Vehicle Health Report
• Receive calculated departure messages for synced calendar events with location
• Receive proactive notifications to remotely start and cool or heat your vehicle based on current temperature
• Access widgets for Remote Features, Parking, POI search & Send to Car, and more

Genesis app also supports Wear OS features. Use voice command or Smartwatch menu to access select features.
With the Genesis Smartwatch App you can:
• Remotely start your vehicle
• Remotely unlock or lock doors
• Remotely activate the horn and lights
• Find your car
• Set parking meter reminders

Android version 12 and higher required. An active Genesis Connected Services subscription is required to login and access the Intelligent Assistant App

The app provides both excellent tools and live person assistance if you subscribe to all three Blue Link packages. Well worth cost, even if you are not fully utilizing. Awesome Low Fuel reminder and where nearest and cheapest. Enable Valet mode off and on from app instead of Infotainment dashboard screen, by first enabling from dashboard, and then toggle on and off from app, when car wash or restaurant has fob. Door unlocked alert is awful nuisance when getting gas or loading groceries.

update 7/11/2025: great news! the quick climate start now works. Giving 1 star review until the "quick climate start" option is fixed. It keeps turning itself off, after I enabled it. I sent feedback a year ago and all I got was asking me more things that don't fix problem; this instead of the developer trying to replicate the problem on their end. It's a consistent problem over many updates, and even after wiping and reinstalling the App. 3-8-2025 update Another update, issue still not fixed.

They eneded support for my G80 after three years. The car's a joke. Would be easier to name what hasn't been fixed - engine which is good, back seat... I do believe that that is it. Every other part has been compromised after ~5 years, with the HTRAC transmission going at year 4 / 80,000 miles. Just a gltichy mess. They've claimed to offer loaner cars since opening in 2017 - 2025 and they're still claiming it without offering it EVER - always ask and they always tell me it's only an ad... 0/10.
