Trouble loading often Usually this app works compared to the video visiting app, which doesn't work at all. Often I have trouble with it logging me out then when logging in, it just acts like it's loading and never does. also when trying to deposit more money for messages, I've had major problems getting it to load. It took over 2 weeks before I was finally able to add money the last time. today it's not loading well at all. it's frustrating bc it's the only way to contact him

ROBS me, 2 times I follow prompts on that Sight to add money and IT doesn't go on that Texting App Sorriest App EVER.. 1 day message goes right through next it takes a day??!?!

This app sucks. It's new to us in Oregon and it freezes constantly and you cannot finish your message. And if you're lucky enough to get it through it pins for almost 3 or 4 days. We haven't tried the videos yet because I don't want to waste my money. And when you call nobody knows what the hell to do to get you connected or to fix your problem. You can only send one picture at a time and I think that's not cool either also you cannot pick from your camera folders.
