KineStop: Car sickness aid v4.6
Petr Nálevka (Urbandroid)About this app
Developer Description
Goodbye travel sickness, read in the car and feel good with vehicle motion cues
UPDATE: While Android users have been enjoying a motion sickness-free experience with this app for years since 2018, the same concept is just coming to Apple iOS with their Vehicle Motion Cues.

Kinetosis typically occurs when traveling in vehicles. It is caused by conflicting motion signals from your inner ear and eyes. This triggers an ancient toxic defense mechanism in our brain that causes dizziness, fatigue, and nausea.
KineStop gets you back on track. It synchronizes your inner ear with your eyes by simulating a horizon on your or your children's mobile devices so you can read or watch movies without distraction.
It takes a few minutes before it helps with ongoing kinetosis. But it works without the need for medication, which can have various side effects such as drowsiness.
KineStop draws the artificial horizon on any screen so you can continue to use your favorite movie player or e-book reader.

KineStop: Car sickness aid users say on Google Play
This app is a miracle! I can finally look at my phone when someone else is driving! I can read, play games, and scroll without feeling sick on all but the most bumpy/winding roads.
Seems to work pretty well to keep me from getting motion sick while in a car, plane, or ferry. The fact that it sits on top of other apps somewhat interferes with buttons, though. A few apps like Gmail or some streaming apps have issues with button presses not being recognized because the KineStop sort of gets in the way. I have to turn off KineStop to get the other buttons to work, and then turn it back on.
overall app is good. the only reason I'm not giving 5stars us that after some use the overlay freezees.
worked very well, but after android 16, when activated, the touchscreen don't work
Has some kind of bug and crashed several times.
