Won't let me do anything because I'm not a member, so really no use if you just want to look before joining up.

Does what I need it to; store my Costco card digitally, set up/change membership auto-renew payment, and check fuel pricing. Specials and product details are pretty limited on the app, but this is the same as their website. This doesn't phase me too much, as I tend to shop in store, though it would be nice if this could be improved.

Overall, the app is ok, although you only get select results when searching. Quick and easy to check fuel prices. I have tried multiple times to change to a digital card, but it says to visit the warehouse. I've been there roughly 4 times, and it doesn't register. Under app settings all permissions have been granted (including location).

App when you go to My Costco. It says sorry we could not load your data. Bit unsure what data there is to load. I thought that maybe a login problem. If I ask for Lost Password. It sends code that says im using wrong email address or password. Web browser login I login fine so I suspect the app is corrupt. Apart from that most other items work ok in app. Costco advise that only way to fix is to go to App Settings and Clear App data. And reinstall. But get dig mem againat next visit to Costco

Pretty useless for searching what is available in store. Like the self serve checkouts - great idea but not thought through to save time. 15 Dec 2024 and still useless for anything except a digital membership card. At least Woolies gives you purchase receipts.
