this was an editors pick in the app store,and I read that it cost nothing and had no ads. I haven't seen that in a long time, so I was curious. I was not expecting to find an app that was so centering and calming with so many sessions to choose from. I have not seen any ads or been asked for any money. none of the sessions are locked. There's no required payment. I have seen multiple guided meditations that are short, easy to listen to, overall extremely helpful. I've shared with everyone.
So far the app is helpful, I would love to see more stuff about accepting traumas and grief. Or adhd awareness and how to live. Or other mental health issues. Then I could so see 5 stars. Like group chats and or ways to comment/ type out your thoughts during the recordings to keep track of thoughts, a way to look back at progress. Love it so far keep up the great work! And also thank u for making this app accessible to everyone by not having to pay for use. This is great help 👍
Why so many tracking attempts? 25 tracking attempts blocked from 1 company in Aware app
If the content is similar to 29k, I assume it's great, but the lack of a search function for programs makes the app unusable for me. If and when a search function is added, I'll change the review. Also the lack of the "sleep guided meditation" program available previously sucks, at least I assume it isn't in the app, as I can't search for it.
We want 29k back aint nobody want to listen sit for hours instead of doing simple tasks written in text
