It is very convenient to use and has a beautiful and interactive interface which is easy to navigate. The free transfers and the lower fees really entices you to use it as often as possible. The points earned through purchases really is a good addition since I can get something from my spending be it using the points to purchase products or convert the points to cash. Really great app.

Just opened an account. The app looks pretty. Easy to navigate. Pero in which part of the app can I see the actual Interest Rate ng savings? I can see Total Savings and Interest Earned but cant see the Interest Rate itself. It would be nice and right if that basic info would be visible to your customers. Explored the app and also checked Settings - not there. Let me know if I just missed it. Also doesnt have the option to Hide/Unhide the amount held in the acct.

Ilove using Gotyme app but currently it gives me problem i cannot log in in my account these disappointed me i have tried to talk to them via chat and they said they have limited access in there side then i tried via email then they can't do anything again these disappoint me if they did not fix these i will stop using Gotyme apps and will tell my friends to stop using this app. 😠😭😭

Multiple withdrawals and transactions that were rejected or not processed but still deducted the balance from my account. Also, help service is terrible and slow, processing periods for refunds takes 2-3 weeks.
