It is a nice app. And to make it better, it should display transit information details during the booking flow. When I click on the flight to see details, I cannot see the transit duration. This can let one do wrong booking and realize that late. The (i) sign that gives that info is not forced in the user flow, so one can skip it. I think its details should be shown before selecting flight type. The screen is already small and the i can be easily skipped. Users might not select correctly.

App frequently doesn't update data properly. Wrong gates, missing boarding passes with no reason given, random errors, and most recently requiring an "onward travel in US" screen when checking into a domestic flight... Push notifications relating to landing (e.g. points earned) come through immediately after landing, so this must be related to specific technical services within the app build, not a general app or phone problem.

1) Forces to update, even though you have no time and slow internet connection. 2) Does not remember login info, so you can't login after update if you don't remember your username and password. I would have booked an SAS flight that day, but couldn't, so I chose a differentairline - well done, genius programmers! 3) (another booking) Even if you manage to login you sometimes cannot check in! (useless). 4) (another booking) Can't change seat when checking in, and seat displayed incorrectly.
