Easy to use. The app doesn't have English translation everywhere.

After having successfully booked the ticket it was saved in the app, yet when I was in the train the next day, the ticket screen just kept loading and not showing the ticket. I didn't have internet connection at the time, so later when I had internet again I checked it again and then it was shown. The app not showing a ticket that is entirely offline, without internet connection is unacceptable though.

I would give it 0 stars or minus if I could. I can't even get past the registration page! It's telling me 'Blocked email domain We're sorry, the email address you entered was rejected by the system (temporary or disposable email addresses are not allowed).' I've been using this email for nearly 20 years, it is NOT a temporary email! How the hell am I supposed to register??
