I will no longer book a site using this app. Too many times we end up on an unsuitable site even though we give the exact measurements of our van. I have checked on the app for available sites in the park we would like to stay in, then rung the caravan park office only to find that they don't have a suitable site! Someone needs to address this failure for the app to be useful.

When I first starting using this app a couple of years ago, it was great. Now every park listed seems to have nothing available for the dates! Can't be right. Useless at present.

You have to pay 100% of the booking up front with no ability to change the booking once confirmed and paid. We all know that this is not the reality of travel in this country! Happy with the concept of a deposit which is the accepted practice but this is not available in this app. We will revert to contacting Parks directly to make our bookings. I have deleted the app. Simply not practical or flexible.
