Very limited functionality as compared to competitor bank apps. Also, no facility to add other bank credit card for online fund transfer or payments within Bahrain. Till date I haven't received a single message alert stating my outstanding dues.

Compared to all my experiences with other banks, this is a very poor mobile banking app with quite limited options to do like a few basic transactions and simple accounts inquiry only. I have kept complaining to HSBC Bahrain team for 5 years but nothing has changed on the app. It is a shame.
