After being with HSBC for quite a while now the previous version of app worked with no issues. was 5star rating, now 2. This latest update is saying it's not compatible with my phone now, it's only been a week since I last logged on via the app, now I can't access it as it won't update even though my phone is updated to latest version of firmware. Absolutely ridiculous. Supposed to be convenient use on the go. Not wanting to log on via internet each time. Have sent f/U email.

Can't use now because HSBC demands I remove certain apps from my phone!!! No other bank asks for this. What a joke. Avoid HSBC!! This bank is a joke! Removed my money from HSBC... can't be bothered waiting for you guys to fix the app.
