Good, stable and fast in Malta. I shall update when using abroad. Uodate: - 2 stars :works well in most European countries, but could ould love more functionality like a wallet / payment method, etc. Total reliance on phone for identification is a minus.

not particularly user friendly with not being able to add new payee via the app, view recurring payments and view statements. very basic banking app compared to other providers

i had to do a hard reset of my phone and when i tried downloading the app on it again it said maximum number of devices reached - i only have it installed on 1 device. the only option, of course, is to call them to fix it. i cant even log into the website as i need the app to generate the key needed to log in. Two months later and I bought a new phone. same issue. This is ridiculous,when other banking companies make the online process so easy and HSBC seem adamant on making it more difficult
