Not user-friendly, CS is difficult to reach, and it consumes a significant amount of phone credit to connect.

It continually clashes with other apps then closes access to my account. This has happened 3 times already and requires a trip to an HSBC branch. This time I am oversess and I can't pay my daughter's school fee or for a seminar I need to attend. I can't seem to get an appointment in 7 days time.
