Feedback on HSBC Qatar Mobile Application Dear HSBC Qatar Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am a customer of HSBC Qatar, and I would like to provide some feedback regarding your mobile application. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to view my account balance, I have noticed that the app lacks several essential functionalities. Key features such as fund transfers, bill payments, government payments, school fee payments, and electricity bill payments are not available.

If you make a mistake while paying someone with mobile app, you make a call to recall the amount. They charge 70 riyals to recall the amount. I sent 35 riyals to a wrong number. When I called to recall the transfer they wanted to charge 70. It's just ridiculous. A recall is a basic service.
