Buggy app, but I really like the clothes (through their tops are way too long, and pockets on pants are far too small), and they have amazing customer service. App often doesn't display correct prices for bundles in the cart (loads as single items) and the support chat seems broken (infinite wait for support agents, if it doesn't crash and then fail to load the chat history).

Love your products but God does your app suck on Android. Keeps getting stuck and not opening. The most frustrating thing is how it won't let me add items to cart. Just the black add button that doesn't do anything. Deleted, restarted and did everything still not working.

There is no customer support. This most recent purchase will be my last. This brand was my favorite, but due to their customer support, it cost me hundreds of dollars. The only option is email. So if there is anything serious, the customer like me is out of pocket. Purchasing from BYLT is a risk that is not worth it anymore.
