Control your hearing aids discreetly with the touch of a finger

This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

• Adjust sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
• Check battery levels
• Stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to your hearing aids (availability may vary depending on your phone model)
• Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services always turned on)
• Access app support and troubleshooting solutions
• Meet your hearing care professional for an online visit (by appointment)
• Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Bernafon Zerena)
• Adjust sounds around you with sound equalizer (available for Bernafon Encanta and Alpha XT models)
• Track your progress with HearingCoach feature (available for Bernafon Encanta and Alpha XT models)
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV-A or SoundClip-A
• Connect to and adjust an Auracast™ broadcast (available for Bernafon Encanta models)

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

What's New

This app version comes with smoother switching between programs. It also lets you find and join available Auracast™ broadcasts directly from the app. Auracast broadcast (available with select hearing aids) allows you to connect to public broadcasts in e.g. airports, theaters, lectures.

works as it should, no issues. The aids have limited Bluetooth range, so if you walk away from your phone you'll lose partial connection, while the aids still function perfectly. To reestablish control of the app, there is no need to uninstall the app or restart the aids or the phone, simply close the app and know that the app is still running in the background, you need to stop the app there. then restart the app, it'll function perfectly after that.

After about 6 months and several fitting issues, my aids have finally settled down. I like to stream audio and disappointed that only the iPhone / app provides this facility with extra controls, I believe. Come on, Bernafon, Android is just as popular!

Falsely describes battery levels always as 100%. Volume settings fail to remain "sticky" after hearing aids restarted. No "feedback" access in app.

i have been trying to get this app to work with my Samsung S24 ultra but no luck, please assist

The revised app keeps disconnecting from hearing aids and the only way it reconnects is to uninstall and the re-install. The previous version worked a lot better... update it still keeps crashing but found out if you turn off Bluetooth on your phone then on again the connection comes back. Bit of a nuisance but a lot quicker than uninstalling and then reinstalling app.
