The app helps DISH Wireless provide the best possible experience for our customers on any of our brands (Boost Mobile and Project Genesis). It helps us monitor network performance, collect data for product improvement, and gives us a tool to remotely support you, as a customer, if you have any issues with your device. To help us collect network performance data, the app features a Speed test function.
